Do You Take Insurance, and How Does That Work?

I  accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO of Illinois and United PPO, and also any PPO insurance with out-of-network benefits. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers.

Some helpful questions you can ask your insurance provider:

  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Do You Offer Financial Assistance for Services?

  • Reduced Fee/Sliding Fee Scale Sessions Available
  •  Limited slots available based on proven client need. Contact to discuss options and resources.
  • Requires keeping a credit card on file. The range is based on financial need {$80.00 - $130.00 for individual sessions}.
Telehealth Sessions are available, same rates apply.
